Refunds are not available for any other reason. We encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.

Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure that all products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, you may be eligible for an exchange under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products: If the product arrives damaged or with any defects, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We require clear proof of the issue (such as photos or a short video while opening the package) to verify the claim. Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect Product Received: In the case where the wrong product is delivered, please notify us immediately and provide proof of the incorrect item received. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and promptly send you the correct product.

Quality Check Assurance: All our products undergo a thorough quality check to eliminate such issues. However, in the rare event that a problem occurs, we are committed to resolving it promptly and to your satisfaction.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the product you wish to exchange is no longer available, we may offer a suitable alternative or store credit.

All exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may not be able to process requests made after this period.
